Katie D: I decided to start this blog to have fun and to share my journey to try to be and stay healthy. Over the past several months, this blog has become more of my juicing journal. More general health and wellness information is posted on realwomanshealth.wordpress.com I spend a lot of my time at work and do not have the time or money to get fanatical about my diet or exercise practices.
